Scaffolding Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Construction Site Supervisor to lead our projects at the Bonn (Alfter) location. You will be the primary technical contact on‑site, ensuring that every scaffolding installation meets our high standards of safety and quality while maintaining close communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical responsibility for all scaffolding projects on the assigned site.
• Act as the on‑site point of contact for clients and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work processes, including material and equipment usage.
• Organise site set‑up, supervise the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, and document site‑specific operations.
• Conduct training sessions for skilled workers in line with company guidelines.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in scaffolding construction.
• Preferably a certified scaffolding foreman or master scaffolder.
• Independent, reliable, and able to lead a team of skilled tradespeople.
• Holder of a Class B driver’s licence.
