Scaffolding Site Supervisor (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Site Supervisor to join our team at the Alfter location. In this position you will be the technical lead for scaffolding projects, acting as the primary on‑site contact for our clients and ensuring high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assume technical responsibility for all scaffolding projects.
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact for clients.
• Plan, manage, and monitor processes, schedules, and coordination of employees and subcontractors.
• Set up construction sites, plan material and equipment usage, and document site‑specific operations.
• Conduct training sessions for the skilled workforce according to company guidelines.

Required profile

• Many years of professional experience in scaffolding.
• Preferably a certified scaffolding foreman or master scaffolder.
• Independent, conscientious, reliable work style.
• Team player with the ability to lead skilled trades personnel.
• Class B driver’s licence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
