About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEA Team Lead to drive execution excellence across our performance‑marketing business. You will coach a small team of SEA managers while staying actively involved in campaign optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of SEA Managers, fostering their development.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑value accounts, ensuring ROI‑focused optimisation.
• Act as the company’s SEA subject‑matter expert and primary liaison with Google, Microsoft and other platform partners.
• Own and evolve the SEA technology stack, promoting automation and new tool adoption.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
• Proven track record of leading and developing performance‑marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of paid‑search ecosystems and best‑practice methodologies.
