SEA Team Lead – Paid Search Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, strategic, and people‑focused SEA Team Lead to shape the future of our paid search marketing. In this hybrid role you will lead a small team of SEA Managers while staying actively involved in campaign management, optimisation and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of SEA Managers, providing clear feedback, development plans and efficient processes.
• Own and manage 2‑3 high‑impact SEA accounts, ensuring world‑class execution and measurable performance.
• Prioritise, delegate and empower team members, setting clear ownership and accountability.
• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, driving continuous improvement.
• Enhance and streamline workflows, templates and processes for scalable SEA operations.
• Track, analyse and report results using SEMrush, Qlik Sense and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Act quickly on performance issues to maintain campaign stability and results.
• Experiment with new strategies, formats and channels to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with Vertical Managers and other stakeholders to align paid search with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital performance marketing with deep expertise in SEA campaign management and scaling for ROI.
• Strong motivation and confidence to lead a team and take ownership of performance.
• Analytical mindset with hands‑on experience uncovering insights and opportunities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making paired with solid execution skills.
• Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across functions.
