Senior Account Executive

About the role

This senior sales position is based in Germany and focuses on driving enterprise SaaS sales across Western Europe, especially the French market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building trusted relationships with senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise customers across Western Europe, with a primary focus on France.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to build a healthy pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build consultative relationships with senior executives and create compelling business cases and ROI models.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and complex procurement processes.
• Collaborate with business development, pre‑sales, marketing, product, finance, leadership, and partner teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations, customer presentations, and represent the company at industry events.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior or Enterprise Account Executive selling SaaS solutions to large organizations.
• Track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and managing multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and leveraging partner ecosystems.
