Senior Brand & Content Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

Hilo by Aktiia is a venture‑backed scale‑up developing the world’s only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood‑pressure monitor. As Senior Brand and Content Manager you will shape how the brand lives across content, campaigns and communications, ensuring a consistent and compelling experience for key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall content strategy, voice and tone across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Develop and deliver creative briefs that drive top‑of‑funnel marketing.
• Lead agency briefings, creative development and ensure output aligns with audience insights, commercial priorities and brand standards.
• Establish and track key brand metrics such as awareness, recall, search interest and share of voice.
• Partner with design, product, scientific, commercial, PR and events teams to deliver a unified brand experience.
• Use data, experimentation and AI‑enabled workflows to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in brand and content management.
• Hands‑on ability to write plans, briefs and shape messaging.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
