Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Parloa is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to define and craft the company’s visual identity across all touchpoints. You will create high‑impact brand assets for digital marketing, field events, product marketing, presentations and more, working within an in‑house creative team and reporting to the Global Head of Design & Creative.

Key responsibilities

• Craft the direction and expression of Parloa’s brand design.
• Develop assets for digital and physical channels, ensuring consistency and vision.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, Sales and Partnerships to align visual storytelling.
• Set visual standards and maintain brand fidelity across all creative outputs.
• Evolve and maintain the visual identity system and design guidelines.
• Quality‑assure design outputs for polish, detail and consistency.
• Brief and direct external creative agencies, ensuring seamless integration with in‑house standards.
• Champion an AI‑first design mindset, exploring generative image and video tools.
• Collaborate with Operations and the Global Head of Design on prioritisation, project planning and resource allocation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in graphic/brand design, preferably in SaaS.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across brand, campaign and digital work.
• Strong understanding of how creative works across marketing channels such as events, social media and displays.
• Fluent English (native or bilingual proficiency).
• Passion for breakthrough branding and creative expression.

Required skills

• Proficiency in design systems (typography, colour, layout, iconography, grids, graphic devices).
• Advanced skills in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools for image and video generation.
• Experience with storyboarding and motion design (a plus).
