Senior Business Travel Consultant (German-speaking)

About the role

The Senior Business Travel Consultant provides a Seven‑Star service to executives and high‑value clients, handling highly personalized, time‑critical travel requests. The role blends premium hospitality expertise with contact‑center efficiency to deliver seamless, trust‑based experiences.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of executive and VIP travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transfers and special requests.
• Provide expert recommendations while respecting traveller preferences, corporate travel policies and duty‑of‑care requirements.
• Deliver fast, empathetic solutions for travel disruptions or emergencies across phone, chat and email channels.
• Maintain premium service standards while meeting productivity, handle‑time and SLA KPIs.
• Build long‑term relationships through consistently excellent service and collaborate with the team to uphold an elite service culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑touch premium customer service (executive travel, hospitality, aviation or luxury brands).
• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Understanding of contact‑center metrics (productivity, efficiency, CSAT).
• Outstanding communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Calm, decisive and solution‑oriented under pressure, with strong organization and attention to detail.
