Senior Construction Planner / Scheduler

About the role

As a Senior Construction Planner / Scheduler you will join Tesla’s Project Control Team at the Gigafactory Berlin‑Brandenburg. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed schedules for site infrastructure, ensuring that construction activities align with production milestones and overall project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the breakdown of site work, building, utilities and tooling into manageable planning packages.
• Collaborate with product, program, design and construction managers to define scope, allocate resources and track progress.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Basis of Schedule (BOS) documenting scope, assumptions, risks and execution strategy.
• Drive the schedule lifecycle from conceptual planning through detailed execution scheduling.
• Monitor facility progress against key production turnover dates and report status to senior management.

Required profile

• Significant experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably within large‑scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage third‑party planning resources.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
