Senior Controller (m/f/x)

About the role

We are seeking a (Senior) Controller to join the finance team of an internationally operating consulting and technology company in Berlin. You will be responsible for driving financial analysis, performance management, and process improvements while acting as a trusted partner to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and identify key business drivers.
• Own and improve selected finance and controlling topics.
• Enhance reporting, processes, and automation solutions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and decision support.

Required profile

• Experience in controlling, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with reporting tools.
