Senior Data Scientist – Analytics, Statistics & BI

About the role

We are looking for a senior Data Scientist to lead the analytics, statistics and business‑intelligence layer of our AI‑driven health‑tech platform. You will work with complex behavioural and clinical data sets, applying rigorous statistical methods to generate insights that directly shape product and clinical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the analytics layer behind a live AI platform used in therapeutic environments.
• Design and implement hypothesis tests, regression models and study evaluations on large health‑care datasets.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Superset, Looker or Power BI.
• Ensure data quality and contribute to the evolution of the data‑warehouse environment (BigQuery/GCP).
• Collaborate closely with AI, engineering and product teams to translate analytical findings into actionable product improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on analytics and statistics.
• Proven ability to apply hypothesis testing, regression modelling and study evaluation in real‑world settings.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and solid SQL skills.
• Experience working with modern data warehouses, preferably BigQuery.
• Background in building or maintaining BI environments (Superset, Looker, Power BI).
