Senior DevOps Engineer – Sovereign Cloud Delivery (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior/Expert DevOps Engineer to join SAP’s Sovereign Cloud Delivery team in Germany, responsible for production cloud operations of our multitenant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, monitor, maintain and optimise the SAP Sovereign Cloud system landscape for Germany.
• Set up a multi‑system landscape architecture and integrate heterogeneous system technologies.
• Provide on‑call support for incidents and performance degradations.
• Continuously improve implementation documentation.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and enhance cloud operation processes.

• Ability to work independently on complex issues and collaborate across time zones.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 on‑call environment with shift flexibility.
• Commitment to maintain daily office presence for efficient team collaboration.
