Senior Director, Brand Management – Germany

About the role

The Senior Director, Brand Management for Germany will own the full brand agenda for the sparkling flavors portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this leader drives sustainable growth, strengthens brand equity, and ensures market‑leading performance across all consumer groups, categories, and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term and annual brand strategies that deliver growth, market‑share expansion, and consumer relevance.
• Lead integrated brand plans covering media, creative, innovation, packaging, shopper marketing, and commercial execution.
• Oversee performance routines to monitor brand health, net sales revenue, gross profit, equity, and penetration.
• Guide the innovation pipeline, ensuring relevance, differentiation, and strong execution.
• Partner with IMX, media, and creative teams to develop best‑in‑class creative platforms and full‑funnel activation plans.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer & Commercial Senior Director to align brand and customer strategies.
• Act as the senior brand counterpart to bottler leadership, shaping joint system plans and ensuring cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in brand management or marketing leadership within consumer‑goods or beverage sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering brand growth and market‑share gains in a complex, multi‑channel environment.
• Strong strategic thinking backed by deep consumer, cultural, and market insight.
• Excellent collaboration skills with global, regional, and bottler partners.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive execution excellence.
