Senior Director, EMEA Technical Platform Consulting

About the role

Workday is seeking a Senior Director to lead its EMEA Technical Platform Consulting practice. You will oversee a team of 45+ technical and advisory consultants across the region, driving the adoption of Workday’s cloud platform and emerging AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high‑performing organization of consultants, including hiring, mentoring, and retaining diverse talent.
• Set strategic direction for the platform consulting practice, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Partner with customers to design and implement Data, Integration, and Extend solutions on the Workday platform.
• Accelerate the team’s AI advisory services and guide AI adoption across the consulting practice.
• Manage performance metrics, financial targets, and regional delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large consulting or professional services teams in the EMEA region.
• Strong track record of building and scaling technical consulting practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation initiatives and deliver measurable customer value.
