Senior Director, International Finance

About the role

Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Director, International Finance to shape and execute the finance strategy that drives profitable growth across its global brands. You will lead a team of 15 finance professionals and act as a key partner to regional CFOs and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the International Finance strategy to accelerate growth and maximize free cash‑flow generation.
• Lead the International FP&A and Controlling team, overseeing budgeting, monthly forecasts, performance reporting and the five‑year strategic plan.
• Partner with Regional CFOs and International Business teams, providing value‑based analytics, portfolio rationalisation and investment proposals.
• Support and continuously improve month‑end closing processes under Management Reporting and IFRS.
• Review financial submissions from local businesses and drive improvements in reporting quality.
• Present annual projections and long‑term business plans to senior leadership with in‑depth analysis.
• Lead automation and enhancement of data models and business‑intelligence tools.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for performance analytics, covering P&L, balance‑sheet, free cash flow and non‑financial metrics.
• Promote best‑practice standardisation and execute ad‑hoc finance initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive finance experience with progressive responsibility, preferably in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
• Strong background in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading senior teams and developing talent.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with peers, executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate teams in a dynamic, deadline‑driven setting.
