Senior Distribution Manager – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Distribution Manager to lead the performance of our key online distribution channels for Leonardo Hotels’ Central European portfolio. Based in our Berlin head office, you will work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, E‑Commerce and IT to maximise profitability across OTAs, GDS, wholesalers and direct channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational performance of OTAs, GDS, wholesale partners, direct website and mobile channels.
• Ensure accurate distribution of pricing, restrictions, inventory, promotions and campaigns.
• Optimize channel mix and profitability in collaboration with Revenue Management.
• Identify trends, gaps and commercial opportunities to improve revenue.
• Lead or support projects such as new channel onboarding, system migrations, rate‑plan structuring and process automation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Revenue, Sales, E‑Commerce, IT, Finance and Reservations.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in hotel distribution, revenue management or e‑commerce.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyse channel performance, cost of sale and booking behaviour.
• Solution‑oriented, hands‑on attitude and excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with OTA platforms.
• Familiarity with GDS systems.
• Knowledge of channel manager tools.
• Understanding of CRS/PMS integration.
