Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) – Friedberg

About the role

Join Reflexallen’s newly opened Friedberg site as a Senior Financial Accountant. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the financial foundation of a growing organization within an internationally successful group.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage day‑to‑day financial accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB).
• Reconcile general‑ledger and sub‑ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and public authorities.
• Support management reporting and conduct financial analysis.

Required profile

• Completed commercial vocational training with an accounting focus, a Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter/in) qualification, or a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP‑FI (key‑user level preferred).
• Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Independent, structured and self‑reliant working style with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
