Senior Financial and Business Analyst

About the role

Bose Corporation’s Global Finance & Business Navigation team is seeking a Senior Financial and Business Analyst to support the Automotive business unit. You will work across functions and regions, providing data‑driven insights that influence strategic decisions and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales and gross‑margin results and forecasts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support month‑end close by reviewing P&L statements, investigating variances, preparing presentations, and answering leadership queries.
• Drive annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts for operating expenses, ensuring timely and clear delivery to senior leadership.
• Ensure subsidiary transfer‑pricing is correctly configured and transactions flow properly in SAP.
• Partner with Sales to develop product pricing recommendations for new business bids.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry disruption, building long‑range financial models for product and market evaluation.
• Lead process‑improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging AI to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for financial transactions and transfer‑pricing.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities.
