Senior Flutter Mobile Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Flutter Mobile Engineer at vialytics you will shape the core mobile application that enables cities to digitise road‑infrastructure management. You will drive the evolution of a robust, scalable and intuitive app that helps municipalities detect road damage, streamline workflows and make smarter decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality Flutter features for data capture (images, GPS, sensor data) and visualisation.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create clean, accessible UI for field and office users.
• Ensure consistent performance across Android and iOS, handling native integrations when needed.
• Write clean, testable code, perform code reviews and uphold stability and security standards.
• Monitor app performance, collect user feedback and continuously improve the user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience building complex production‑grade Flutter/Dart applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and API integration nuances.
• Deep understanding of performance optimisation techniques for mobile.
• Expertise in state‑management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod or Bloc.
• Solid grasp of native platform development (Swift/Objective‑C for iOS or Kotlin/Java for Android) for custom plugins.
