Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst will own and continuously improve financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting across the company. Working closely with finance leadership in the United States and global business partners, you will provide data‑driven insights that support strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial insights, scenario analysis and clear recommendations to enable strategic decisions.
• Maintain and enhance LucaNet models, reporting structures and planning processes.
• Analyse financial variances, identify root causes and highlight key business drivers.
• Partner with ERP (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations), Power BI and planning systems to improve data structures, reporting accuracy and automation.
• Continuously improve budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between targets and actual performance.
• Validate financial assumptions with departments, evaluate business cases and provide guidance for operational decisions.
• Lead analysis of payment operations, payment costs, PSP performance and transaction economics.
• Support senior leadership with ad‑hoc analysis, strategic initiatives and executive reporting.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power BI, SQL, Python or similar tools.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience in FP&A, Controlling or Financial Analytics.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience with LucaNet or comparable consolidation/planning platforms.
• Proven ability to work in international, multi‑currency environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, data‑driven working style.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
