Senior Fund Accounting Manager – Retail Funds (UCITS)

About the role

This senior position leads the fund accounting function for a portfolio of UCITS and retail funds on a global financial services platform based in Frankfurt. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership and client interaction to ensure high‑quality fund services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end fund accounting for a range of UCITS and retail funds, including NAV calculation and financial reporting.
• Manage and develop a senior team, providing guidance to SVP‑level members.
• Coordinate with internal functions such as operations, risk, compliance and technology to maintain robust governance.
• Maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and third‑party service providers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Significant experience in UCITS, retail funds, fund accounting or fund administration.
• Proven track record of managing senior‑level teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of European fund structures and regulatory requirements.
