Senior HR Manager – Labor Law & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead labour‑law and operational HR activities for our Munich office. Reporting to the Team Lead Ops, you will be the primary point of contact for legal HR queries and will ensure smooth administration across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits and employment matters.
• Assist payroll preparation by gathering and verifying relevant data.
• Manage core HR administration tasks, including contract management, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Help develop and optimise HR processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with the global HR team to improve the overall employee experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR administration, including payroll processes.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proactive, structured approach and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
