Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) – Germany

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the human resources function across multiple German locations for a global high‑technology industrial company. The role will shape a consistent, high‑quality people experience for roughly 2,000 employees in R&D, engineering, manufacturing and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the European HR strategy into effective initiatives for all German sites.
• Partner with senior business leaders to align HR priorities with business objectives and drive workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Ensure consistent, compliant HR support, standardise processes, and champion digital HR transformation.
• Lead a team of HR Business Partners, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Act as senior HR contact for complex employee‑relations matters, working closely with Works Councils and ensuring compliance with German labour law.
• Collaborate with European HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver seamless HR services and support regional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Extensive progressive HR leadership experience in an international industrial or high‑technology environment.
• Proven track record of leading HR across multiple sites and supporting large, diverse workforces.
