Senior HVAC Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

Exyte is seeking a highly motivated Senior HVAC Engineer to lead the planning and engineering of complex heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning projects in Stuttgart. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, project partners, and contractors, ensuring technical excellence throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the design, planning and project engineering of HVAC and clean‑room systems.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and manage all phases of project execution.
• Prepare planning documents, functional descriptions, 3D models and design reviews.
• Develop equipment lists, material specifications and performance criteria.
• Determine costs, perform price comparisons and support award negotiations.
• Lead and coordinate external partners, suppliers and contractors.

Required profile

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related field (Bachelor, Master or Diploma).
• Several years of professional experience in HVAC and clean‑room technology planning.
• Strong knowledge of international norms, standards, GMP regulations and VOB.
• Structured, engineering‑oriented work style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on‑site for project-specific assignments.
