Senior IT Support Consultant – Stuttgart

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior IT Support Consultant to join its Stuttgart team. In this position you will be part of the consulting lifecycle, shaping solutions that help clients adapt to a rapidly changing digital environment. You will work onsite, collaborating closely with internal delivery managers and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end IT service operations for the site, acting as the primary contact for workplace and end‑user services.
• Ensure compliance with Infosys governance, operational standards, and service level agreements.
• Support the Service Delivery Manager with service reviews, operational reporting and analysis.
• Manage workplace services, asset management, incident management, service quality and vendor coordination.
• Define problems, propose and refine solutions, and contribute to solution configuration and deployment.
• Guide project teams on processes, deliverables and client training, and assist in proposal development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior consultant in IT service management.
• Strong understanding of site operations, governance and SLA adherence.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience delivering consulting projects from definition through deployment.
