Senior Manager Cross Channel Operations

About the role

As a Senior Manager Cross Channel Operations you will join Westwing’s Content Team in Munich. You will be responsible for planning and executing the on‑site customer experience across the homepage, newsletters, landing pages and campaigns, ensuring a seamless and conversion‑driven journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own cross‑channel planning and execution for the homepage, newsletters, landing pages and onsite campaigns.
• Optimise product sorting on landing pages to maximise relevance, engagement and conversion.
• Lead cross‑functional planning with Sales, Marketing, Brand Buying and Creative teams to align priorities.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, workflows and scalable planning frameworks using AI and automation.
• Coordinate market expansions and cross‑functional rollout plans.
• Contribute to strategic planning, OKRs and continuous improvement of onsite performance.
• Mentor junior to mid‑level team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in e‑commerce operations, visual merchandising, content operations or a comparable cross‑functional role.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of customer behaviour, onsite merchandising and conversion drivers.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills across interdisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude, strong sense of ownership and focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring team members in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
