About the role

Join an internationally active group as a Senior Manager International Tax, partnering on global financing, M&A, and restructuring projects. You will design cross‑border tax structures, support strategic transactions, and help develop tax governance in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary tax contact for international financing, M&A, and restructuring projects.
• Structure tax‑efficient cross‑border transactions and manage tax ruling processes.
• Drive tax optimisation initiatives, especially in financing structures.
• Monitor international tax developments and coordinate external advisors.
• Manage foreign tax audits and support domestic audits.
• Advise on transfer pricing and oversee related documentation.
• Contribute to the Tax Compliance Management System and deliver training.
• Support reporting, prepare management briefings, and review tax documentation.
• Enhance internal tax processes and guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree in law, economics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in international corporate tax or a leading advisory firm.
• Qualified Tax Advisor or equivalent (e.g., CPA, Wirtschaftsprüfer, or lawyer with tax focus).
• Strong expertise in German and international tax law.
• Analytical, structured, and independent approach with strong communication skills.
• Fluent English.
