Senior Manager Pricing Strategy

About the role

As a Senior Manager Pricing Strategy you will shape the global pricing approach for Bosch Rexroth’s product portfolio. You will have the freedom to design, test and roll out innovative pricing models that drive market leadership, unlock new revenue streams and ensure sustainable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead a world‑class competitive intelligence program, turning market insights into a decisive advantage.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Controlling and Marketing to align and implement pricing strategies across regions.
• Facilitate value‑based pricing workshops with cross‑functional teams worldwide.
• Conduct market research on customer preferences, competitor pricing and market dynamics.
• Develop analytical models and maintain dashboards (e.g., in Data Cloud) to monitor pricing performance and provide forward‑looking insights to senior management.
• Act as a Change Agent, identifying and executing improvements to the pricing architecture and global key pricing processes.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, competitive intelligence or commercial analytics at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across international teams.
