Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

About the role
As a Senior Manager Pricing Strategy you will shape the commercial success of Bosch Rexroth’s global product portfolio. You will have creative freedom to design, test and implement innovative pricing strategies that drive market leadership and sustainable profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Design and lead a world‑class competitive intelligence program to turn market insights into pricing advantage.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Controlling and Marketing to align and implement pricing strategies.
- Facilitate value‑based pricing workshops across national and international teams.
- Conduct market research on customer preferences, competitor pricing and market dynamics.
- Develop analytical models and maintain dashboards (e.g., Data Cloud) to monitor pricing performance and provide forward‑looking insights.
- Act as a Change Agent to redesign pricing architecture and processes, improving efficiency and profitability.
Required profile
- Completed degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing or a comparable qualification.
