Senior Manager, Supply Chain Digitalization Benchmarking and Pilots

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead benchmarking work that underpins the data standards pilot and support the design and delivery of three pilots – governance, data standards and interoperability – for the Humanitarian Leadership Group on Supply Chain Digitalization Working Group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead benchmarking of TWG member organizations against agreed minimum viable data standards and synthesize results into decision‑ready evidence for the data standards pilot.
• Support design, launch and documentation of three pilots – governance, data standards and interoperability – capturing lessons learned and producing completion reports.
• Translate findings from the sector mapping (Result 4) into concrete inputs for the pilot designs and help identify additional pilot opportunities.
• Participate in TWG meetings, provide regular progress updates to co‑leads and prepare materials for coordination boards.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in humanitarian supply chain, program monitoring, evaluation or data systems, including pilot design or testing of new operational mechanisms.
• Strong project‑management abilities to keep multiple workstreams on track and within scope.
• Excellent written communication skills to turn technical findings into clear recommendations for non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with data‑standards frameworks such as GS1 or UNSPSC.
• Experience working with data governance concepts, benchmarking frameworks and interoperability protocols.
