Senior .NET Core Developer (Distributed Systems)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Core developer to join a partner company in Germany. The role focuses on designing, building, and integrating secure, scalable platforms for complex enterprise environments, leveraging modern software engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using .NET Core.
• Build and model APIs and distributed system components across multiple platforms.
• Implement secure, scalable APIs with REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and OpenAPI standards.
• Integrate solutions with corporate management systems and complex enterprise environments.
• Contribute to architecture design, domain‑driven design, and system modeling initiatives.
• Develop security‑focused platform components, including control planes and policy‑driven workflows.
• Work with event‑driven technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub.
• Design resilient systems with strong reliability, failure handling, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and product teams.
• Support continuous improvement of development practices, architecture standards, and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level software engineer with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in architecture ownership, modeling, and distributed systems design.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience building secure, scalable solutions.
