Senior Operations Manager

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to help shape the expansion and day‑to‑day operation of its Branch team across the globe. You will work on high‑impact initiatives, using data‑driven insight to solve challenges, scale processes and improve outcomes for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise scalable processes to support Revolut’s rapid growth.
• Oversee first‑line‑of‑defence functions, including governance, regulator interactions and business‑as‑usual operations.
• Execute large‑scale operations projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, etc.).
• Monitor country‑specific risk incidents, conduct issue resolution and ensure proper controls.
• Identify product, operational, licensing and growth opportunities.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance‑tracking systems.
• Develop strategic supply‑chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.
• Create and maintain management information to track growth metrics, risk incidents and branch activities.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and prepare required documentation.

Required profile

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 4+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment, preferably financial services or management consulting in Germany.
• Proven experience managing risk, compliance and outsourcing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to own and lead complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break complex problems into actionable tasks.
