Senior Pricing Analyst – Product Operations (Global)

About the role

Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join its Global Pricing team. You will work at the intersection of product and business, shaping how the company charges for its services while balancing customer affordability with sustainable unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business case for new pricing features, building predictive models to forecast impact on key metrics such as gross profit, conversion rate, and order frequency.
• Lead testing, rollout analysis, and performance tracking for all new pricing initiatives, identifying value leakage and recommending data‑driven adjustments.
• Partner with Global Marketing and Regional Operations to translate strategic visions into actionable product requirements and prioritize high‑impact projects.
• Support day‑to‑day product operations by monitoring fee‑structure health worldwide and providing guidance to internal users on pricing strategy implementation.
• Create accessible data visualisations in Tableau and BigQuery, maintaining the “Value Tracker” that aggregates incremental revenue from pricing features across regions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in pricing analysis, product operations, or related analytics roles.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to build predictive models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across global teams.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear product specifications and measurable outcomes.
