Senior Product Manager – E‑commerce & Retail Platforms

About the role

We are a large‑scale digital platform operating across e‑commerce, fintech, telecom and digital services. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our e‑commerce and retail platform products, driving customer experience and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer and partner needs through market research, data analysis and stakeholder insights.
• Define product requirements, specifications and solution designs.
• Own product KPIs, continuously track performance and implement improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, business and operations teams.
• Drive product planning cycles, create roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives.
• Contribute to long‑term product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
