Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Hive Robotics is developing Europe’s first full‑stack orchestration platform for unmanned systems, enabling multi‑vendor drone and robot swarms to be connected, controlled, and commanded. As the first dedicated Senior Product Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle – from understanding customer missions to delivering a released product that meets technical and operational constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers and end‑users alongside the sales team to capture mission requirements, concepts of operations, and real‑world constraints.
• Translate broad customer wishes into concrete, testable requirements, including PRDs, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Assess feasibility with engineering, own the feedback loop from deployed systems, and drive roadmap decisions.
• Build and maintain a product configuration catalogue that serves as the single source of truth for variants, options, and compliant configurations.
• Prioritise feature development, defend trade‑offs, and ensure traceability from conversation to released feature.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience, comfortable with 20‑30% travel.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate market needs into actionable product specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to product prioritisation.

Required skills

• Experience with RF communication systems for unmanned platforms.
• Knowledge of drone and robot swarm technologies.
