Main Missions

• Drive the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Optimize internal workflows and eliminate friction between product, operational, and executive teams.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including meticulous planning, tracking, and documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement Lean and Agile methodologies adapted to a remote-first environment.
• Develop KPI dashboards and produce actionable reports to support executive decision-making.
• Maintain robust governance processes and proactively mitigate risks to prevent project bottlenecks.
