Senior Project Lead – Strategy Consulting

About the role

As a Senior Project Lead in Strategy Consulting you will join BASF's global management consultancy to drive high‑impact strategic projects across the company. You will work closely with senior executives, shaping initiatives in innovation, growth, marketing, organizational excellence and post‑merger integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex strategy consulting engagements from inception to delivery.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Facilitate clear communication with all stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and BASF executives worldwide.
• Travel to BASF sites as required for project implementation.

Required profile

• Professional experience in strategic consulting within a global consulting firm.
• 3‑7 years of project leadership experience, depending on seniority.
• Strong consulting and project‑management methodology expertise.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Open‑minded, inclusive team player with a client‑focused attitude.
