Senior Project Leader

About the role

This senior position is based in Germany and operates in a fully remote, global environment. You will lead fast‑moving, high‑intensity projects that involve launching and managing complex, time‑sensitive operations for AI and data workflow initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end setup and launch of complex projects, ensuring all workflows, tools, and resources are ready before execution.
• Define operational briefs, instructions, and processes so contributors understand expectations and deliver consistently.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution across multiple concurrent projects, aligning clients, talent groups, and internal teams.
• Oversee communication flows, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and effective issue resolution.
• Track performance metrics (quality, throughput, timelines, financial) and ensure delivery against SLAs.
• Identify risks and operational gaps, implementing corrective actions in real time.
• Drive continuous process improvement and scale best practices across delivery operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or similar high‑intensity environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder workflows and coordinate distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills, especially in ambiguous and high‑pressure situations.
• High attention to detail, fast execution, and excellent prioritisation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor metrics and translate them into action.
