Senior Project Manager – BESS (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and commissioning of utility‑scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Germany. You will own projects from early development through construction handover, working closely with internal teams, investors, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of large‑scale BESS projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate permitting, grid connection, EPC partners, and suppliers.
• Serve as the primary interface between internal stakeholders, investors, and external contractors.
• Oversee construction and commissioning activities, maintaining safety and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale energy or infrastructure projects (BESS, renewables, power, or industrial construction).
• Strong understanding of construction, commissioning, and project governance.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to operate in a fast‑scaling, evolving environment.
