Senior Project Manager – Commercial Transformation

About the role

Universal Investment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a group‑wide commercial contract standardisation programme. The role will drive strategic transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, revenue and risk management across the UI Group.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified commercial contract framework for the entire organisation.
• Establish and manage project governance, including scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, risks, issues, KPIs and business case tracking.
• Lead the transition from legacy agreements to the new framework while preserving client relationships and commercial sensitivities.
• Redesign, harmonise and roll‑out processes that support the new contract model, ensuring accurate service allocation and charging.
• Collaborate with DACH and international stakeholders to deliver a structured change programme within agreed timelines.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, decision papers and status updates for senior management and governance bodies.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, workshops and steering committees and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation.
• Support business integration activities related to the new contract model.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects in a financial services or asset‑management environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior executives and board members.
• Excellent analytical ability with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Demonstrated capability to manage risks, issues and change programmes.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
