Senior Project Manager - Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client engagements within our AI‑first consulting practice in Germany. You will own projects from initial scoping through delivery, ensuring outcomes, budget, and quality meet client expectations while driving AI‑enabled processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, building trust and aligning deliverables with business needs.
• Define project scope, plan work, allocate resources, and steer delivery across all phases.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, maintaining project health and timelines.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the right skills are in place and fostering ownership.
• Manage project financials, monitor profitability, cash flow, and forecast accuracy.
• Implement AI tools for status reporting, road‑mapping, and KPI generation, documenting prompts and workflows for reuse.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder consulting projects.
• Strong command of both classical and agile project management methods.
• Ability to quickly grasp new domains and make decisive decisions.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and commercial acumen.

• Project management methodologies (waterfall, agile).
• Experience with AI‑enabled tools and workflows.
