Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead large‑scale Data Centre construction projects across Europe and beyond. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects with precision, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Centre construction projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project progress.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers, reporting performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all project sites.
• Travel to project locations worldwide as required to provide on‑site leadership and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects, specifically Data Centre builds.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of working effectively in global teams.
• Strategic mindset capable of navigating complex, multi‑phase projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on site in various locations.
