Senior Project Manager – Digital & Marketing Projects

About the role

FRASER is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead digital and marketing projects from briefing through to delivery. You will act as the main client contact, ensuring high‑quality outcomes while coordinating creative, strategy, and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital and marketing projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Coordinate closely with creative, strategy, and tech teams to align deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and keep projects on track.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery across all project stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in a digital or full‑line advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and production processes.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Confident client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously.
• Solutions‑driven with strong problem‑solving capability.
• High attention to detail and quality.
