Senior Project Manager – Electronic Security Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale Access Control and CCTV enterprise projects for a global security systems organisation based in Germany. You will act as the trusted advisor for customers, overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre‑sales to after‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of access control and video surveillance systems.
• Maintain centralised documentation, including reports, financials, EHS records and client platform updates.
• Lead subcontractors, monitor performance and resolve on‑site issues.
• Handle change orders, design modifications and contract adjustments.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the electronic security industry, specifically large‑scale access control and CCTV projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from pre‑sales through delivery and support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with decision‑makers.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
