Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Security Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale enterprise security projects across Germany, primarily based in and around Frankfurt. You will be responsible for delivering complex installations such as access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and integrated command‑and‑control systems, ensuring they meet client standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise security projects, from planning to commissioning.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the main client contact, coordinating with stakeholders and contractors.
• Oversee technical delivery, including installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems.
• Control budgets, forecasting, procurement, and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, health, and safety standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise‑level security systems.
• Proven track record with large‑scale, high‑value projects (≈€2M).
• Strong stakeholder, commercial, and leadership abilities.
• Conversational German and fluent English.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
