Senior Project Manager – Green Hydrogen & Plant Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of large‑scale green hydrogen process plants in Germany. You will own an end‑to‑end hydrogen plant programme, overseeing projects valued between €100 million and €250 million.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control multi‑million‑euro hydrogen electrolyzer and plant‑engineering projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure schedule, cost and quality targets are met.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and PMO activities.
• Travel to project sites (10‑60% of the time) and provide on‑site leadership as required.

Required profile

• Several years of complex project or programme management experience in clean energy, petrochemical, plant engineering or oil & gas sectors.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
• Strong interest in clean‑technology and the European green‑hydrogen market.
• Willingness to travel regularly to sites in Germany and occasionally abroad.
