Senior Project Manager – Heating Infrastructure

About the role

We are partnering with a leading energy infrastructure organisation that designs, builds and modernises large‑scale heating and district energy systems. As a Senior Project Manager you will own the delivery of complex heating projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, managing budgets, timelines, contracts and risk registers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customers, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor commercial performance, prepare progress reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience in heating, energy, utilities, infrastructure, HVAC or industrial construction.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale technical projects on time and within budget.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capabilities.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
