Senior Project Manager – Heating Infrastructure

About the role

We are partnering with a leading energy infrastructure organisation that designs, builds and modernises large‑scale heating and district energy systems. As a Senior Project Manager you will own the delivery of complex heating projects from concept through commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, contracts and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget execution.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers, regulatory authorities, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive commercial performance and ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience in heating, energy, utilities, infrastructure, HVAC or industrial construction.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects from inception to handover.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capabilities.
• Experience leading contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
