Senior Project Manager (Heavy & Out of Gauge)

About the role

You will lead complex, multi‑modal EPC projects that involve heavy lift, breakbulk and out‑of‑gauge cargo. Operating from Frankfurt, you will work on assignments ranging from €5‑10 million up to mega‑projects exceeding €100 million, primarily for oil & gas, petrochemical and power generation clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for international projects across ocean, air and land modes.
• Coordinate cross‑trade movements to the US, Middle East, Brazil and Asia.
• Oversee project budgets of €5‑10 million, with exposure to €20 million+ and €100 million+ programmes.
• Lead a 20‑person project team, mentor junior members and ensure delivery excellence.
• Maintain close communication with EPC contractors and major clients.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in managing heavy‑lift, breakbulk and out‑of‑gauge logistics projects.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑value, technically demanding assignments with autonomy.
• Strong track record in international, multi‑modal project coordination.
