Senior Project Manager

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Project Management Office. You will support R&D and Product Management in delivering complex product launches and help maintain TeamViewer’s leadership in the SaaS market.

Key responsibilities

• Steer cross‑functional teams (software development, marketing, sales, support) to deliver product and feature launches aligned with company objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison for senior management and key stakeholders, providing strategic insights and progress reporting.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, secure buy‑in from C‑level executives, and ensure accountability across business and product teams.
• Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with internal and external partners while balancing competing priorities.
• Own KPI tracking, risk management, and progress reporting, ensuring clear communication and efficient meeting structures.
• Translate complex requirements into agile development processes, aligning sprints with business milestones.
• Provide hands‑on ownership to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and meet high‑priority deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and collaboration practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading complex projects in software companies.
• Strong executive‑level communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.
• Proactive learner who gathers information to drive project success.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; advanced qualifications are a plus.
